A new town

So i decided to start a town about a day ago. I have a screenshot below of the progress. I still need a name for the town and need some suggestions. In the town their will be a commercial area (which is where the garden is in the screenshot) and a residential area.

Also if you want to set up a shop or build a facility or anything (that follows CC rules and is not a house) i'll get you an area to build right away.
