Build - Changes 22/08/14

A few minor changes for build:

Gamemode:

Creative is now the default game mode.

Teleporting:

/tpa and /tpahere are now the teleport commands for build after many requests from players.

/tp and /tphere are no long available

Ultra:

The ultra ranks have been finalised and updated for build, check out the details here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=57285

Disguises:

Disguises have been added to the store and are available for Build!

Goes without saying, but it's been brought up, so I'll make it clear - those that still had their /tptoggle enabled when this change was made, if you ask myself or another Build Admin, we can remove it as and when.

I suggest that tptoggle is allowed for all ranks

+ gives players a tool to combat spam requests to teleport

+ staff can /tp regardless of a players setting

+ gives players who like to build privately a way to do so without ignoring / denying individual requests

I was under the impression that that is how it was going to be, but someone mentioned that they couldn't use it, so I'll look into it and suggest it to Joe/Neil if necessary
